How To Recover A Deleted Child Options

To recover a child that has been deleted, do the following:
1) from the Main Menu, go into the Utility Menu (bottom left)
2) click Copy Contacts Between Databases
3) select a backup from the "From Database:" selector (the system backs up each day when it is first opened)
a) if you deleted the child 1/20/2016, select the backup named "ccsage_bebu01202016.mdb"
4) after you select the backup, click Select & Copy Contacts
5) on the next screen, scroll down to the child you deleted and check the box to the left of their name
a) if you don't see the child's name, click Close and restart from step 1 above but select an earlier backup
6) click Copy Contacts
