Childcare Sage Not Working Correctly, I cannot get to staff records Options

Windows 8 comes with a trial version of Microsoft Office Professional which includes Microsoft Access. If you also install a copy of Microsoft Access Runtime that we provide, the 2 programs conflict and cause issues.

The solution is to remove the Trial Version of Microsoft Access that comes with Windows 8 by:
1) go to the Windows 8 desktop (tiles) and right click
2) select All Apps
3) scroll to Control Panel, right click on it, and click Pin to Start

4) on the windows 8 desktop, click Control Panel, then Programs, then Programs and Features
5) scroll down to Microsoft Office, click on it, then click Change at the top of the list
6) click Add/Remove features
7) click on Microsoft Access and click Not Available (red X)
8) click Next and complete the change

9) click on Microsoft Access 2002/XP Runtime, then click Repair at the top of the list

You are done.
